Continuous individual guidance for improving your 'professional level' virtual presence will be provided by surgery PhD education scientists (1:1) on your schedule. This initial evaluation will be followed by multiple topic-based sessions scheduled with experienced clinical faculty who will provide immediate focused feedback. The formal virtual CE may be recorded for your performance improvement. A written debriefing of your performance will be provided.

All surgeons need to be able to communicate information effectively during the formal CE process.
